研究方向

肠道菌群的紊乱和肥胖以及代谢综合征有着密切的关系。肠道菌群可以作为防治肥胖的新的靶目标,通过益生元、益生菌来纠正肠道菌群紊乱,能够改善代谢综合征。课题组主要以肠道菌群为靶点,采用微生物组学和代谢组学,系统分析中药引起肠道菌群组成、功能基因、代谢产物的改变,通过机体-细胞-分子等多层次研究,明确中药、代谢产物、肠道菌群与疾病之间复杂的协同作用分子机制,建立利用肠道菌群评估植物药疗效技术方法,为中药对疾病的预防治疗提供理论依据,为以肠道菌群为靶点的新型药物的研发提供科学支撑。
